This packet provides Head Start programs with a systematic process for organizing large amounts of critical data in a succinct and user-friendly format. The summaries of each of these data sources will reveal areas of strength as well as areas of potential risk that need to be at the forefront of program improvement and training and technical assistance efforts. The information generated in this packet can be easily used by program leaders in data analysis, risk assessment and other program planning efforts.
